Important Note: Patients will receive one bill from Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center and another bill for the interpretation of your images from the radiologist.

When you call within normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays), you will speak with a highly qualified representative, not an automated system. If you call after hours or on weekends, please leave your name, telephone number, and date of birth, and your call will be returned on the next business day.

Insurance
Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center is pleased to provide full insurance billing and claim resolution for many major insurance companies. Please refer to the list below, detailing companies with whom we hold contracts. New managed care companies are added daily, so please contact us if you do not see your provider on the list. The radiologist who interprets your exam may be contracted with insurance companies other than those listed, so please call the radiologist's office for verification. For CT and MRI exams of the head, spine, and myelography, please call Texas Neuroradiology, P.A., at 214-345-4406. For all other exams, contact Southwest Imaging and Interventional Specialists at 214-363-8378.
