At Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center, we want to make your scheduling process as efficient as possible. Please take advantage of our convenient online forms to make your appointment request. Forms are encrypted and sent across a secure server, providing a high degree of privacy and accuracy. Please refer to our Notice of Privacy Practices for a complete explanation of use and disclosures of protected health information. While our online form is often more convenient, we are happy to answer any questions or schedule appointments by phone. Our scheduling office may be reached directly at 214-345-4331. Billing and Insurance

Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center is pleased to provide full insurance billing and claim resolution for many major insurance companies. Please refer to the list below, detailing companies with whom we hold contracts. New managed care companies are added daily, so please contact us if you do not see your provider on the list. The radiologist who interprets your patient's exam may be contracted with insurance companies other than those listed, so please have your patient contact the radiologist's office for verification. For MRI and CT exams of the head, spine, and myelography, please call Texas Neuroradiology, P.A., at 214-345-4406. For all other exams, contact Southwest Imaging and Interventional Specialists at 214-363-8378.
