All identifying personal information will be encrypted and will be used solely by Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center. Messages will not be internally or externally forwarded to third parties. Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center will not be held responsible for electronic message transmission failures caused by technical problems related to this site or its hosting server.
Your request will be processed within 24 hours from the time it was received, within normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays). Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, our staff will contact you in order to ask a few questions. If you have not been contacted by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to your CT or MRI exam, please call us at 214-345-7035. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time. Detailed information about your exam may be found on the “Services” section of our Web site, or in the Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center patient brochure, available in our offices or by request. Women of childbearing age (12 to 55) should be screened for possible pregnancy before scheduling Diagnostic, Mammography, DEXA, CT, and/or MRI procedures.
